Bizdev SUPERHOT Team has published an indie game pitch template
Gwen Foster, who is engaged in business development at indie studios SUPERHOT Team, Well Told Entertainment and Sad Owl Studios, decided to help colleagues from other studios. She posted a sample presentation online for pitching the game.
Foster immediately made a reservation: the sample should be considered as a starting point. She advised that before making a presentation, carefully study the company that the developer will pitch the project to. Perhaps after that you will have to add something else to the presentation.
In her document, Foster also indicated that in addition to the presentation, it is necessary to prepare: a budget table, a design document, a game trailer, a small report on competing games, etc. In addition, she prepared an email template for the investor/publisher.
