Apple Opens a Complaint Book

Apple’s struggle with low-quality content in the App Store continues. Now it is possible for iOS developers to complain directly about the duplication of their application by fans of “easy money”.

The other day we wrote that Apple began to monitor icons especially carefully before publishing the application. Last Friday, it also became known that developers have an additional tool to combat unscrupulous colleagues who earn on the similarity of their games with hits.   

The essence of the new tool, a real weapon against clones, is a questionnaire on which the victim submits a complaint to the App Store Legal Team. After specifying all the disputed issues, Apple sends it to the violator. Thanks to this, everything can be resolved peacefully. However, if the developers could not agree among themselves, the App Store Legal Team will make a decision independently – to delete or not to delete the application from the store.
