Keywords Studios buys Helpshift, a platform for technical support in games
Keywords Studios Group of companies is going to make its fourth purchase in a year. She agreed to purchase the Helpshift platform. If the shareholders approve everything, the deal will be closed this month.
The maximum amount that Keywords Studios is willing to pay is $75 million. The group of companies also promises to expand the capabilities of the platform by adding, among other things, support for more languages.
Helpshift started working in 2011. Among its clients are Tencent, Unity, Supercell, Zynga, Playrix and other gaming companies.
