Keywords Studios has agreed to purchase the creators of Age of Empires: Castle Siege
The Keywords Studios group of companies is getting bigger. This time she decided to purchase the Canadian Smoking Gun Interactive. The maximum transaction amount may be $29.7 million.
The purchase of Smoking Gun Interactive will be the third for Keywords Studios in a year. In August, the group of companies announced a deal with Mighty Games (authors of Piffle and Questy Quest), and in June — with Forgotten Empires (authors of Age of Empires remasters).
