Keywords Studios has agreed to purchase the authors of Age of Empires remasters
The Keywords Studios Group of companies is preparing for a new purchase. She signed an agreement with Forgotten Empires, who worked on the remasters of Age of Empires. The maximum value of the transaction is $32.5 million.
Under the terms of the takeover, Keywords Studios must immediately pay $15.75 million in cash and $3.75 million. She will transfer the remaining amount later if the studio reaches the required indicators.
The head of Forgotten Empires, Ryan Shepherd, will retain his position.
