GungHo Online Entertainment continues to expand into the Western market
GungHo Online Entertainment has signed a deal with indie studio 17-Bit in order to strengthen its market position in North America.
Representatives of the company said that the partnership with the American studio will help them accelerate their promotion in the Western market, which was initiated by the success of Puzzle & Dragons with an American user.
The indie studio has the title Skulls of the Shogun in its assets, and another one, Galak-Z, is preparing for release: The Dimensional in a sci-fi setting.
Jun Iwasaki, CEO of GungHo Online Entertainment America, Inc., announced that the next big release of the 17-Bit studio will take place as part of a partnership between the companies.
