Sensor Tower acquired the analytics service Playliner
Sensor Tower continues to expand its portfolio. It has announced the acquisition of Playliner — a mobile analytics service with a focus on LiveOps.
The company did not disclose the terms of the deal, so it is unknown how much the acquisition cost.
In the deal announcement, Sensor Tower stated that it sees great potential in the development of LiveOps analytics. With Playliner, the company aims to enhance its capabilities and strengthen its position in the market.
It is worth noting that this is already the second acquisition for Sensor Tower in 2025 and the fourth in the company's history. In March, it announced the acquisition of VG Insights, an analytics service focused on console and PC games.
The headquarters of the Playliner team is located in Finland. The service was launched in 2015, and since then, its services have been utilized by Playrix, Playtika, AppLovin, Belka Games, MYTONA, and many other companies.
