In September, EA Sports FC 25 emerged at the top of Newzoo's revenue rankings, maintaining a strong performance across various gaming platforms.
Trailing behind at second and third places on the revenue leaderboard were NBA 2K25 and Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2. After its release on Steam on September 19, Star Wars: Outlaws climbed three spots to secure the sixth position.
Warhammer 40,000 dominated the PC sales, while Xbox saw the highest earnings from NBA 2K25. The Legend of Zelda: Echoes of Wisdom led the Switch market and ranked fifth overall.
God of War: Ragnarok experienced a significant boost in monthly active users, hitting its highest average since December 2023 following its release for PC on September 19, placing it at twenty-fifth.
EA Sports FC 25 entered the active users' chart at number nine, prompting a slight drop for EA Sports College Football.
EA Sports Madden NFL made a dramatic leap on the Xbox user engagement charts, moving from position 440 to 15.
On PlayStation, Call of Duty: Black Ops 3 saw a notable increase in engagement, rising to rank 18 from 184.
