Black Myth: Wukong has become the best-selling game of 2024 on Steam, according to the analytics service VG Insights. Until recently, this title was held by Palworld.

Analysts estimate that as of today, Steam users have purchased Black Myth: Wukong 20.1 million times. Sales of Palworld on the Valve platform are about 100,000 copies less.
The top five best-selling new releases of 2024 on Steam also include Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2, which was released in early September.
