The program for the WN x ChinaJoy International Summit Shanghai '24 has been published. Among the speakers are Niko Partners, Esigame, and Pixonic

Exactly one week from now, the organizers of the WN Conference will collaborate with ChinaJoy, the largest gaming exhibition in Asia. On July 25, the industrial event WN x ChinaJoy International Summit will take place in Shanghai. We share details about the event and its program in our article.

The event will be part of ChinaJoy, occurring from July 25-29. It will begin at 1:00 PM and last until 5:00 PM (China Standard Time, GMT+8).

WN x ChinaJoy International Summit Shanghai’24 aims to enhance communication between Chinese and international game developers. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and form partnerships.

Event speakers will discuss topics such as game publishing, investments, game analytics, working with artificial intelligence, and much more. The planned duration for each presentation is 25-30 minutes.

Below, we highlight some points of the program.

  • Xiaofeng Zeng, Vice President of Niko Partners, will deliver a talk titled "750 Million Reasons to Explore the Chinese Gaming Market."
  • Lana Bokay-Poltavets, Project Manager at MY.GAMES, will discuss how Pixonic obtained a license to publish the mobile game War Robots in China, the challenges the team faced, and how they adapted the game for the Chinese market.
  • Cherry Chen, co-founder of the Chinese studio Esigame, will share her experience with mini-games on the WeChat and Douyin (China’s TikTok equivalent) platforms.

Other speakers include mobile development veteran Wenfeng Yang, David Wang, head of the publishing team for Supersonic in the Asia-Pacific and Southeast Asia regions, and Hussam Hammo, founder of Tamatem Games.

Participants of WN x ChinaJoy International Summit Shanghai’24 will also gain access to the WN Hub platform, allowing them to communicate with event attendees throughout the entire ChinaJoy exhibition.
