Sensor Tower: in the third quarter of 2022, gamers spent $19.3 billion on mobile games

The mobile gaming market is going through hard times. According to the analytical company Sensor Tower, its revenue for July-September 2022 fell by 12.7%.

User spending on games decreased the most in Google Play — by 16.9% to $7.4 billion. In the App Store, they decreased by 9.8% to $11.9 billion.

The highest-grossing game of the period was again Honor of Kings, whose revenues amounted to $ 639.3 million. PUBG Mobile ($450.6 million) and Genshin Impact ($369.7 million) took second and third place.
