Study: 46% of American grandparents play video games at least once a month
The AARP organization decided to find out how grandparents from the USA relate to video games. To do this, she interviewed 7885 people over the age of 50.
Among the respondents there were more grandmothers-gamers than grandfathers-gamers — 61% vs. 39%.
▪️A third of grandparents play to spend more time with their family. At the same time, 79% of the time the survey participants play alone.
The main sources of information about video games are grandchildren, children, friends and other adult family members.
