McKinsey & Co.: By 2030, the gaming metaverse market will reach $125 billion
McKinsey & Co., a consulting company, believes that the concept of the metaverse has great potential. She predicts that in eight years the metaverse market will be valued at $5 trillion. However, only 2.5% of this amount will be spent on games.
The largest share will be for e—commerce – $2.6 trillion. Next will be virtual learning ($270 billion) and advertising ($206 billion).
Earlier, Citigroup reported that by the end of the decade, the metaverse market will be estimated at $8-13 trillion.
