Important: NPD tracks sales of physical copies from retailers and receives data on digital sales from publishers. But not all companies provide information. Nintendo does not disclose digital sales of exclusives, Activision Blizzard does not share information with Battle.net , and Take-Two does not always open statistics on the “digit”.
Also, the rating does not take into account microtransactions, subscriptions and something else besides the net sale of games. An asterisk marks titles in which digital sales were not taken into account.
