Frontier Developments has eliminated the use of generative AI in Jurassic World Evolution 3

In response to feedback and criticism, Frontier Developments has decided to eliminate the use of generative artificial intelligence in the creation of Jurassic World Evolution 3. The company addressed these concerns in a Steam forum discussion, stating their decision to remove AI-generated scientist portraits from the game.
The game's reveal earlier this month at Summer Game Fest included a mention of AI, which attracted negative reactions from the gaming community, as highlighted by GameSpot.
Jurassic World Evolution 3 is slated for release on October 21, 2025.
Earlier, Activision encountered criticism when it acknowledged the use of generative AI to assist in creating certain game assets, according to Game Developer.
