The authors of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum denied the report that ChatGPT wrote an apology for the release of the game
Daedalic Entertainment studio commented on the words of Game Two sources claiming that the text apologizing for the unsuccessful release of The Lord of the Rings: Gollum was written using ChatGPT. She said it wasn't true.
Daedalic Entertainment admitted that although the apology was published on its behalf, the text was indeed prepared by Nacon, the game's publisher. The studio itself didn't even see it in advance. However, she first heard that the apology was allegedly written through ChatGPT after the release of the Game Two interview with former and current studio employees.
"We learned about this rumor from the media and contacted Nacon. According to Nacon, the letter of apology was written without neural networks," Daedalic Entertainment said.
