Black Ops 6 topped the weekly Steam chart, while Factorio, along with its DLC, climbed into the top 5
The top-grossing game on Steam for the week of October 22 to 29 was predictably Call of Duty: Black Ops 6. The new shooter from Activision climbed nine spots in the charts, dethroning Counter-Strike 2.
The second highest-grossing premium game of the week was Factorio. Following it is Space Age, a major expansion for the game, which sold 400,000 copies within the first four days of its release.
Hogwarts Legacy re-entered the charts at the 11th position overall, thanks to a significant 70% discount.
Looking at the new releases, the arena fighter Rivals of Aether II debuted at the 16th spot (10th place among premium titles). The remake of Romance of the Three Kingdoms 8, a historical war game about the Three Kingdoms period by Koei Tecmo, secured the 18th place.
Sonic X Shadow Generations performed well, climbing to the 20th spot overall. It’s worth noting the game sold one million copies across all platforms on its first day.
Windblown, a new action-roguelike from the creators of Dead Cells, started at the 23rd position after its release in early access. The project was warmly received by users, earning 90% positive reviews and a peak of 10,000 players online.
The standings of many hits from recent months continued to decline. Dragon Ball: Sparking! ZERO fell to the 15th spot, while Warhammer 40k: Space Marine 2 and Black Myth: Wukong took the 30th and 31st places, respectively.
Lastly, regarding pre-orders for upcoming titles, Monster Hunter Wilds secured the 17th spot (up 32 positions from the previous week), and Dragon Age: The Veilguard rose to the 24th position (up 24 places).
