The gaming division was named Dark Horse Games, according to the VentureBeat portal.
The company wants to develop its own games based on its old and new lesser-known franchises. But she will entrust the creation of AAA games based on the most popular comics to third-party studios.
We are ready to negotiate with all types of developers and are open to all kinds of creative ideas, even for indie studios with cool ideas on our IP. We spent a lot of time trying to find AAA-level partners who would suit our stories and characters. We are at the final stage of negotiations with some of them. If everything goes well, you will see famous heroes of our comics in AAA games no later than the first quarter of next year.

Dark Horse Games plans to release games on all major platforms: consoles, PC, mobile devices and cloud services. In addition to games, the division will also work on multimedia projects — anime and web cartoons.
Now Dark Horse Games has two offices — in Oregon and Shanghai. They employ no more than 10 people, and the division does not intend to expand until next year.
