Steam has started to support links to social networks on game pages
Update on Steam. On the pages of games in the digital store, you can now post links to the profiles of developers and projects in social networks.
Valve has allowed developers to link to accounts on Facebook, Twitter, YouTube and Twitch. The links are located under the game information.
The new option is available to developers in the page editing section. Valve noted that to link an account, you need to authenticate. You only need to specify links on the game page — the same links will be reflected automatically on individual DLC pages.
However, a number of developers in the thread of Thomas Bidaux, the founder of Ico Partners, reports that links in the new section may not be displayed correctly or lead to the wrong pages.
