Brass Lion Entertainment cuts 13 positions in a strategic "realignment" of its team

Thirteen employees have been let go by Brass Lion Entertainment.
The company announced on LinkedIn that it had to make the "difficult decision to downsize" as it "realigns" its focus on their ongoing action-RPG project.
"This unfortunately means that we can no longer retain several skilled developers who have significantly contributed to our project and the studio's culture," read the statement. "These individuals are outstanding professionals, and their work has been highly valued by us."
The studio encouraged other companies with job openings to consider hiring these skilled developers and urged spreading the word to help them find new opportunities.
The names of the 13 developers affected were shared, along with links to their LinkedIn profiles.
The studio concluded by affirming its dedication to both the project and its overall mission, expressing deep gratitude for the contributions of the departing team members.
Established in 2019 by Manveer Heir, Bryna Dabby Smith, and Rashad Redic, Brass Lion Entertainment aims to create "a diverse and inclusive entertainment studio."
