Marina LopatinaTraffic Manager in Deus Craft (Remote work)

Deus Craft is a Russian developer of games for PC and mobile platforms, best known for projects such as Cooking Craze and Grand Hotel Mania. The company is looking for an experienced traffic manager.

Responsibilities:

  • launching, configuring and optimizing advertising campaigns;
  • evaluation and analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, formation of hypotheses based on the results obtained;
  • testing and evaluating the quality of creatives;
  • interaction with design, development and analytics teams.

Requirements:

  • experience with Facebook/Adwords/Unity/myTarget;
  • experience in purchasing for different geolocations;
  • understanding the principles of mobile traffic attribution;
  • basic knowledge of Excel, developed analytical skills;
  • experience working in a team.

Grand Hotel ManiaGraphic programmer in Order of Meta (Remote work or Helsinki, Finland)

Last year, the founders of the Finnish studio Panzerdog opened another gaming company — Order of Meta. Now the new company needs a graphics programmer who will develop a Unity-based render for a multi-user cross-platform game.

Requirements:

  • cross—platform development experience (mobile – required);
  • excellent knowledge of the basics of graphics programming;
  • experience with DirectX/OpenGL/Metal;
  • experience writing shaders;
  • ability to write high-performance code;
  • experience with GPU profilers;
  • great gaming experience.

Marketing analyst at Banzai.Games (Remote work)

To the Banzai company.Games, which worked on the Shadow Fight 3 and Vector 2 projects, requires a marketing analyst.

Responsibilities:

  • inclusion in the current analytical stack (enter data in ClickHouse and visualize them in Tableau);
  • work on improving the predictive model of UA;
  • work on linking marketing analytics with product analytics;
  • formation of hypotheses on the growth and development of marketing directions (UA, ASO, LiveOps marketing);
  • building and implementing an analytics development plan;
  • building iOS traffic analytics;
  • building product marketing analytics.

Requirements:

  • knowledge of mobile UA features and attribution;
  • confident knowledge of SQL and statistics;
  • practical experience with Python, Pandas and SciPy;
  • practical experience in evaluating traffic sources and data visualization in Tableau;
  • experience in building LTV models and other predictive models (including channel estimation).
