Responsibilities:
- writing concepts and technical tasks for new features;
- ability to see problems in interfaces, balance and general logic of features;
- analysis of the results of the features together with the producer of the project.
Requirements:
- experience creating features or events as a game designer;
- systematic thinking, the ability to correctly formulate and communicate your thoughts orally and in writing.

Novosibirsk studio Friday’s Games is known for such games as “Treasures of Montezuma 3”, “Natalie Brooks” and Gods& Glory. Recently, together with Playrix, she released a new project — Farmscapes. Now the company is looking for an experienced art manager.
Responsibilities:
- distribution of current tasks of the art department, control of their quality and deadlines;
- managing a team of artists: participation in hiring, training, development, motivation, optimization of teamwork;
- building interaction between departments together with other managers (setting up processes and work standards);
- keeping the knowledge base up-to-date for artist teams.
Requirements:
- experience in managing a team of more than seven people from a year;
- project management skills;
- understanding the processes of creating graphics of various types: vfx, 3D and 2D animation, three-dimensional vector and raster graphics;
- the ability to guide the team, give a critical and constructive analysis of the work;
- ability to work with large amounts of information and a large number of tasks.
FarmscapesMelsoft User Engagement Manager (Remote Work)
The Belarusian company Melsoft is known for mobile games Family Island and MyCafe. Now she needs a user engagement manager.
Responsibilities:
- buying mobile traffic for iOS and Android apps;
- managing the full cycle of advertising campaigns: planning, launching and optimization in accordance with KPI;
- analyzing results and writing reports;
- interaction with designers to prepare advertising creatives for launching advertising campaigns.
Requirements:
- experience of buying mobile traffic in advertising video networks and Google for at least one year;
- analytical skills and attention to detail;
- ability to work with a large amount of data;
- knowledge of English at Intermediate level and above.
