Responsibilities:
- create levels for match-3 games;
- adjust balance, game situations and mechanics;
- analyze different statistical indicators of the game in order to improve gameplay and balance;
- improve gameplay, develop and improve existing game mechanics;
- analyze the mechanics and features of other games on the market;
- interact with development participants to create high-quality applications.
Requirements:
- experience level design in match-3 games;
- experience creating casual games (match-3, bubble shooter, puzzle);
- knowledge of free-duplex metrics: ARPU, ARPPU, LTV;
- understanding what a complexity curve, a paywall, a FUUU factor is;
- communication skills.
Magic Jigsaw PuzzlesProject Manager in Hoopsly (Remote work)
Hoopsly is a publisher of hyper-casual games. In partnership with independent studios and developers, he makes, tests and publishes Unity-based games for iOS and Android. Now the company needs a project manager.
Responsibilities:
- participate in initial meetings with external studios;
- prepare reports on initial meetings with external studios;
- act as a link between the internal team and external studios;
- monitor compliance with deadlines by the internal development team, back office and external studios;
- create and implement the necessary workflows;
- improve and automate existing workflows.
Requirements:
- at least three years of experience in game development;
- experience working with task trackers and configuring them for the tasks of the current team;
- general understanding of game development processes;
- knowledge of methodologies;
- availability of organizational skills and managerial skills;
- ability to communicate your goals constructively and correctly.
Partner Relations Manager at World Chess (Moscow, Russia)
World Chess, which organizes world chess championships and manages the FIDE Online Arena platform, is looking for a partner manager.
Responsibilities:
- maintain relationships with current partners and sponsors;
- monitor the fulfillment of contractual obligations to partners;
- correctly set weekly goals and objectives, coordinate work with other departments of the company;
- attract new partners;
- prepare time plans, monitor the fulfillment of deadlines;
- coordinate all materials with partners and other parties;
- prepare budgets for projects and monitor their implementation;
- prepare closing documents;
- prepare reports for partners on the results of events;
- prepare presentations on sponsorship and client integrations (competently structure information, compose texts);
- develop ideas for additional partner upgrades.
Requirements:
- broad outlook;
- similar experience in sponsorship/accounting/agency for at least three years;
- fluency in English;
- high communication abilities;
- diligence, responsibility.
