The developer of casual mobile games Matryoshka Games is in search of a talented creative artist.

Responsibilities:

  • creating promo art in a casual style for game pages on the App Store and Google Play;
  • creating marketing content (banners, screenshots and icons).

Requirements:

  • the ability to draw in a casual style;
  • the presence of examples of casual graphics in the portfolio;
  • knowledge of perspective, ability to correctly construct an object or character, understanding of the principles of composition;
  • sketching skills, the ability to quickly convey an idea in a sketch;
  • the ability to use references correctly;
  • knowledge of the key fundamentals of graphic design;
  • communication skills, openness to feedback, ability to analyze;
  • confident knowledge of Adobe Photoshop: knowledge of vector tools, masking, blending modes, styles, smart objects.

ZiMAD, an international mobile game developer company, is looking for a marketer to conduct a project on an ongoing basis. As part of the working group, it will be necessary to study the game product and its competitors, think through advertising campaigns, conduct hypothesis tests, track metrics and compile reports, as well as offer development ideas.

Responsibilities:

  • monitoring of game updates and competitor activities;
  • analysis of metrics (IPM, CTR, RR and others);
  • working with designers and developers;
  • designing levels for promo videos and drawing up tasks for animators;
  • analysis of the effectiveness of advertising campaigns, preparation of reports;
  • hypotheses and their testing.

Requirements:

  • education related to IT, marketing or economics;
  • experience working with UA in game design, marketing, analytics or related industries;

Deus Craft is a Russian developer of games for PC and mobile platforms. He is looking for a technical artist with the possibility of remote collaboration.

Responsibilities:

  • game development on Unity for mobile platforms;
  • a wide range of tasks: working with graphics, game logic, server;
  • work in a large team with a clear distribution of responsibilities.

Requirements:

  • experience in commercial game development;
  • knowledge of C# and Unity tools;
  • work experience from 2 years;
  • knowledge of basic design patterns;
  • knowledge of basic algorithms and data structures;

The company is looking for an experienced game designer to work on a project in the social casino genre Treasure Slots Adventures (“Treasure of the Worlds Slots”).

Responsibilities:

  • development, configuration and balance of game activity;
  • analysis of competitive projects and implementation of best practices;
  • systematization and storage of project information (documentation management);
  • working with statistics (analysis, conclusions, making changes to the project);
  • interaction with artists, programmers, testers.

Requirements:

  • at least a year of experience as a game designer on free-duplex or hyper-casual projects;
  • understanding the principles of game setup and monetization;
  • basic ability to work with statistics, understanding of product metrics (Retention, ARPU, LTV, etc.);
  • the ability to disassemble, analyze and adapt various game mechanics to your project;
  • ability to work independently and in a limited time;
