11 bit Studios will release seven new games. They cost her $21.4 million
Polish 11 bit Studios is preparing seven new games at once. She invested $21.4 million in their production.
Moonlighter
The company has invested $6.3 million to develop several titles taken for publication.
This:
- Project Vitriol (Fool’s Theory);
- Project Botin and Project Foxhole (both from Digital Sun, Moonlighter bagel authors)
- an unnamed game from Spanish studios Chibig and Inverge Studios.
At the same time, 11 bit Studios is developing its own games under the working names Project 8, Eleanor and Dolly. The remaining $15.1 million will be spent on their creation.
Nothing else is known about all the projects of the publishing label and those under development by the Polish company. There are not even approximate release dates. It was only reported that she plans to release no more than 4 games annually.
11 bit Studios, after the success of Moonlighter, published by it, abandoned investment restrictions. The excellent performance of her own projects also affected. Previously, the company could spend no more than $500 thousand on external projects.
Let’s add that 11 bit Studios’ revenues are growing. Earnings for the 1st quarter this year were twice as high as in the same quarter of 2019. It grew to $7.6 million.
