The developer of League of Legends has acquired Hypixel Studios.

The latter expects to release its first Hytale game in 2021. Today, the game has more than 2.5 million subscribers for the upcoming beta version and 56 million trailer views on YouTube. It is not known how much the acquisition of Hypixel cost Riot Games.

2. Nifty Games has raised $12 million to develop sports gamesNifty Games has successfully completed a $12 million Series A funding round.
