Responsibilities:

  • marketing management of game projects as part of a group under the guidance of a senior brand manager;
  • preparation and implementation of a comprehensive marketing analysis of products (market: demand, audience, competitors, trends/trends; marketing potential);
  • marketing strategy development: swot analysis, risk management, positioning development;
  • development of marketing documents (passport, media plan, marketing plan);
  • presentation and protection of planned campaigns and budgets to project teams;
  • initiating, planning and monitoring the implementation of marketing promotion plans; evaluating the effectiveness of marketing activities and preparing reports (including on the purchase of traffic, production of creatives, ASO) using analytics tools; informing stakeholders on the status of tasks;
  • search for growth points (search for new channels and formats to attract an audience, optimization of processes, improving the efficiency of budget development, interaction with the product team / game design team);
  • day-to-day communication with an extensive pool of Russian and foreign project teams, internal services (UA, ASO, Creative Production, analytics) and contractors in the preparation and implementation of marketing activities.

Requirements:

  • experience in marketing — 1-3 years;
  • experience in the gaming industry and the promotion of mobile games;
  • experience in conducting successful marketing campaigns, marketing analytics and budget planning skills;
  • ability to meet deadlines and prioritize;
  • advanced Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Power Point);
  • experience in data analysis, experience in making data-driven decisions (cases);
  • understanding the principles of AdWords, FB, Unity, advertising agencies;
  • experience working with marketing documents;
  • experience in making presentations and protecting plans and budgets;
  • understanding the principles of project management;

Responsibilities:

  • creating graphics for mobile games: objects in isometry, decor, characters (people and animals), environment, illustrations, match-3 elements;
  • compliance and maintenance of the established style of projects;
  • interaction with the art team and game designers.

Requirements:

  • Photoshop proficiency at a professional level;
  • work experience in casual style and willingness to present 5-10 relevant works that demonstrate your current level;
  • excellent sense of composition, shape, lighting and color;
  • ability to adhere to the rules of building objects in isometry;
  • experience with 3D editors is welcome.

Traffic-vacancy of the week

Traffic Manager at Nevosoft (Saint Petersburg)

An experienced developer of casual games, Nevosoft, is preparing to launch several new mobile projects. The team needs an employee who will help to arrange the purchase of users.

Responsibilities:

  • elaboration of buying hypotheses, test traffic purchases, tracking results;
  • planning and organizing a continuous process of purchasing traffic for all our mobile and social games;
  • working with various traffic sources (Facebook, Adwords, myTarget and other advertising networks);
  • analysis of the effectiveness of ongoing campaigns;

Requirements:

  • work experience as a traffic manager (User Acquisition manager) in game development for at least a year;

  • practical skills in purchasing and optimizing traffic in the gaming industry, knowledge in the field of campaign budget management;
  • general understanding of mobile traffic attribution principles;
