UA-manager at Belka Games (Minsk or remote cooperation)
Belka Games invites a UA manager to whom it will entrust large budgets to attract users to its projects.
Responsibilities:
- development of a marketing strategy to promote the project;
- attracting traffic (launching advertising campaigns, optimizing traffic, scaling);
- preparation and analysis of reports on the effectiveness of advertising campaigns;
- negotiating and interacting with advertising partners;
- participation in the development of advertising creatives.
Requirements:
- experience in the position of User Acquisition in mobile marketing;
- the skill of effective negotiation and the ability to defend the interests of the company;
- analytical mindset, good math, result orientation;
- knowledge of English at the upper-intermediate level and above;
- MS Excel proficiency is above average.
An additional advantage will be:
- experience working with casual mobile games, monetization of which is based on IAP;
- experience with AppsFlyer.
Artistic vacancies of the week:
Leading 2D Artist in TapClap (remote work)
Chelyabinsk studio TapClap, known for the games “Valley of Sweets” and “Pirate Treasures”, is looking for an experienced specialist who knows how to create high-quality artistic content, independently monitor and plan his work and the work of other artists.
Responsibilities:
- form the artistic style of the project and monitor its compliance;
- draw in-game graphics (environment elements, characters, interfaces);
- interact with the producer and other team members for quality control.
Requirements:
- professional knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and tablet;
- portfolio in the field of design, web design or game development;
- high level of drawing, knowledge of anatomy, perspective, theory of light and color;
- ability to work with different styles (from cartoon to realistic);
- responsibility, the ability to make decisions and give feedback.
An additional advantage will be:
- experience in game development;
- skills in developing interfaces for mobile devices;
- understanding of human and animal anatomy, as well as the ability to stylize it;
- understanding trends in mobile gaming graphics;
- knowledge of the basics of animation;
- good communication skills;
- a tender love for computer games.
Art Manager/Technical Artist (3ds Max) at Gaijin Entertainment (Moscow)
Moscow Gaijin Entertainment, known for the multiplayer War Thunder, is in search of an art manager /technical artist (3ds Max).
Responsibilities:
- inserting new models from outsourcers into the game;
- refinement of existing models and textures.
Requirements:
- knowledge of Autodesk 3ds Max at the level of a confident user (modeling, scanning);
- knowledge of Adobe Photoshop at the level of a confident user (working with layers, masks, knowledge of tools);
- attentiveness, striving for development, result orientation;
- knowledge of Substance designer at the user level;
- knowledge of English;
- understanding the principles of PBR;
- the presence of examples of work or portfolio in the resume.
An additional advantage will be:
- work experience in gamedave or other CG industries;
- knowledge of other 3D/2D programs;
- love of games;
- understanding the principles of game engines, understanding the work of shaders;
- passion for the history of WWII and military equipment.
