Project Manager in Plarium (Krasnodar)

Plarium is an international developer of mobile, browser and social games in connection with the expansion of the Krasnodar studio is looking for a responsible and sociable project manager who will keep abreast of the project, coordinate its development and help the team achieve its goals.

Responsibilities:

  • conduct communication between project participants;
  • collect requirements for the product being developed;
  • create tasks for developers in a technical language;
  • monitor compliance with the project schedule, the scope and timing of tasks;
  • be responsible for completing the project on time;
  • provide team members with up-to-date information.

Requirements:

  • work experience as a Project Manager or experience in IT project management from 1 year;
  • experience of interaction with the development team;
  • developed communication skills;
  • experience in project management system;
  • good organizational skills and presentation experience;
  • ability to work in a team.

Additional advantages will be:

Artistic vacancy of the week

2D Artist G5 Entertainment (Kaliningrad)

Swedish publisher and mobile game developer G5 Entertainment AB is looking for a candidate for the position of 2D Artist in its development center located in Kaliningrad.

Responsibilities:

  • creating game concepts;
  • creating game interfaces;
  • creating characters and locations;
  • creating game textures.

Requirements:

  • understanding what modern computer games are and the desire to create them;
  • mandatory ability to draw with your hands;
  • ability to work with a graphics tablet;
  • creative thinking;
  • knowledge of anatomy, color, perspective construction;
  • excellent knowledge of Adobe Photoshop;
  • ability to work with both large and small resolution;
  • portfolio availability;
  • desire to work in a team
  • ability to work in different graphic styles and understanding of different stylistics. Preferably — cartoon style and photorealism;
  • the ability to quickly create high-quality graphics;
  • the ability to use references correctly;
  • initiative;

Preferably:

  • familiarity with 3D graphics in three-dimensional packages with low-poly models;
  • knowledge of animation tools and experience working with them (Spine) is welcome;

Traffic-vacancy of the week:

User Aquisition Specialist at Next Games (Helsinki)

Finnish recruitment agency Games Factory Talent is looking for a specialist to attract users to the Helsinki office of Next Games. Salary from — €2500.

Responsibilities:

  • responsible for planning, setting up, monitoring and analyzing mobile user acquisition campaigns;
  • evaluate key performance metrics and optimize accordingly to achieve ROI and growth targets;
  • independently manage budgets and prepare thorough, dynamic media planning, efficiently allocating budget to different sources based on performance;
  • analyze and report performance KPIs. Work closely with the BI team to ensure sophisticated data analysis support;
  • build, maintain and enhance Next Games relationships with mobile UA partners;
  • select, onboard and evaluate new mobile UA partners;
  • work closely with the Marketing Design team to ensure optimal content and creative assets performance.

Requirements:

  • in-depth understanding and proven expertise with Facebook mobile ads. Good understanding of Google AdWords for mobile (UAC). Additional platforms a plus (e.g. ASA, Snapchat);
  • previous budgeting and budget spending responsibilities for ROI based mobile user acquisition campaigns;
  • good understanding of main mobile marketing tech especially conversion tracking, programmatic advertising etc;
  • analytical skills, reporting skills, attention to detail, proactive, ownership, negotiation skills.

Preferably:

  • experience with ASO and working in Gaming industry.
