King of Avalon’s revenue outside China was $380 million
The King of Avalon mobile economic strategy from the Chinese studio FunPlus has raised $380 million outside of its native market. It took the game two years to do this. The main money came from the USA and Japan.
This is reported by Sensor Tower. She also notes that for FunPlus, “The King of Avalon” is not the highest-grossing project. The game is responsible for “only” 41% of the company’s gaming revenue outside the local market. A 50% share is behind another mobile strategy — Guns of Glory.

Critical Ops has reached the bar of 45 million downloads
The developers of the Critical Ops mobile shooter reported on overcoming the next bar. The Finnish studio Critical Force has announced that its project, which can be popularized as “Counter-Strike for smartphones”, has been downloaded 45 million times.
Recall that the last time the Finns boasted about the performance of their game was quite recently. In June, when it became known about raising $6.3 million, they reported that the game downloads reached 40 million.

Devolver Digital has announced a metroidvaniya about a cat
The other day, indie publisher Devolver Digital announced the development of a black-and-white pixel game Gato Roboto. This is metroidvania from the Oregon studio Doinksoft. The main character of the game is a cat in futuristic armor.
The authors clearly aim at the niche of another platformer, which was also published by Devolver Digital — Downwell, which also featured a monochrome picture.
