HR vacancy of the week:

IT Recruiter | Tech Recruiter, VALUES VALUE (remotely, any city)

VALUES VALUE (VV) begins the search for a technical recruiter in its own team. Now it is the only specialized consultant in the CIS. The company helps game development studios to build processes in HR, recruiting and PR, hire specialists and open new offices. But he puts the happiness of employees in the first place in his work.

In the VALUES VALUE team, a technical recruiter will be engaged in processing and supporting candidates, communicating with customers (game development studios), working on processes within the company, constant networking, as well as participating in conferences.

VV offers its ideal candidate a base rate and generous bonuses (sometimes a Senior Recruiter can receive a monthly fee more than the salary of the founder of the company), professional development and, most importantly, a work-life balance.

Our new recruiter:

  • has at least 2 years of experience, not necessarily in game development;
  • understands how to look for techies and how not to communicate with them, strives to do it better time after time;
  • works well with large amounts of information, knows how to Google all the exes of his exes, uses hotkeys and carefully notices all suspicious or useful details;
  • he is not afraid to ask questions, constantly asks questions, doubts whether they will think that he is a fool — to ask so many questions — and still asks. At the same time, it works autonomously, having received all the answers;
  • yes, our new colleague writes everything down, does not lose anything, the reflex is such that the thought came — he created a task, went to the FB — entered the candidate into the database, hesitated — wrote down a question (and asked it), found a meme about HR — threw it into the general chat;
  • studies, reads books and longreads, knows how to use social media, visited ebanoe_it and condemns;
  • smart, but not a prude (we adore such), with h/ y (and also m/o without v/ n for s/ o);
  • playing games. Soryan, who is not, to you in another door, and not in game dev;
  • reads a lot and develops in recruiting in IT;
  • can “speak fromz deep ov may hart” at the level not lower than Intermediate or is not afraid to actively grow in this direction, translate and read in English;
  • wants and can work remotely;
  • is able or able to learn how to delegate and set tasks to a Researcher.
