PUBG was briefly ahead of Dota 2 in terms of the number of online players

On August 27, the PvP shooter Playerunknown’s Battleground was able to overtake MOBA Dota 2 in terms of the number of gamers in the game at the same time, temporarily becoming the most popular game on Steam.

Shortly after taking the popularity record, PUBG game servers fell under the influx of players.

The Steam statistics service recorded a peak value of 887.8 thousand players.
