The Medium has recouped the marketing and development costs for the first day of sales
Psychological horror The Medium, developed by the Polish studio Bloober Team, showed an excellent start. The game was released last Thursday, January 28, and by Friday the title had recaptured the costs of production and marketing.
This was reported by the Polish media with reference to the words of the producer of the project. The studio did not disclose the approximate initial sales of The Medium.
Earlier, the CEO of the Bloober Team, Piotr Babieno, said that the horror budget was about € 6.7 million. This amount took into account the costs of both production needs and advertising.
The Medium has been released on PC and Xbox Series X|S, and is also available with an Xbox Game Pass subscription. The circulation and how the copies sold were distributed across platforms are still unknown.
