How much Kepler Interactive paid for the controlling stake in the developers has not been disclosed.

According to Tactical Adventures CEO Mathieu Girard, his team can now count on publishing and marketing support from Kepler Interactive. Meanwhile, the studio has maintained its creative independence.

Tactical Adventures was founded in 2018. Three years later, it released its debut project—a turn-based role-playing game, Solasta: Crown of the Magister, set in the Dungeons & Dragons universe. The studio is currently working on Solasta II, which is expected to enter early access in 2025.
