WB Games may split into separate studios as part of the $43 billion merger of WarnerMedia and Discovery

The prospects of WB Games were announced by Stephen Totilo, editor of the Axios portal, with reference to a representative of WarnerMedia.
As a result of the deal, part of the gaming division will remain with AT&T, but the rest of the studios will become part of the new company.
Totilo also wonders who will get the rights to the patented Nemesis system. The fate of the mobile division of WB Games remains unknown.

As part of the deal, AT&T, the parent company of WarnerMedia, will receive $43 billion in cash, debt securities and retention of a certain part of the debt. At the same time, she will control 71% of the shares of the new company.
