This year's salary benchmarking service for the UK games industry is now open for registration to companies in the sector
UK games firms can now join this year's salary analysis effort, an initiative by GamesIndustry.biz and Brightmine.
Previously known as XpertHR, Brightmine is renowned for its benchmarking expertise across various sectors. Last year, it teamed up with GamesIndustry.biz to pilot an initiative that offered insights into industry salary structures. This effort aims to ensure equitable compensation and support talent retention in the sector.
The 2024 initiative is underway and will continue until the end of July. All shared data is kept confidential and anonymized, ensuring privacy for both companies and individuals.
Participation is complimentary, and every contributor will receive a summary report. More detailed reporting and database access are available for an additional charge.
