The purchase of Koch Media and Deep Silver helped increase THQ Nordic's net sales by 14.03%
THQ Nordic, buying up asset after asset, did not lose. In the third quarter of 2018, the publisher’s net sales increased by 1403% year-on-year and amounted to $139.8 million.

This follows from the publisher’s reports for the third quarter of the year ended in September.
The company explains this growth with the acquisition of the German media company Koch Media together with the game publisher Deep Silver accountable to it in February of this year.
By purchasing them, THQ Nordic obtained the rights to the Saints Row, Dead Island and Metro game series released by them, with total sales reaching $27.7 million.
At the same time, THQ Nordic’s own games are also selling well: net sales increased by 47% to $13.7 million thanks to Titan Quest, Red Faction Guerrilla Re-Mars-tered and This is the Police 2. Partnership with Codemasters (F1 2018), Sega (Shenmue 1 & 2) and Square Enix (Shadows of the Tomb Raider) also contributed to such a strong growth in financial indicators.
