The Corona engine has launched a publishing program for mobile games

The Corona game engine has started accepting applications from game developers to participate in the publishing program. Its participants will be helped with cross-promotion and purchase of users.

“If you have a cool project on Corona, but there is no budget for its promotion, we will be happy to help,” Yulia Shmyrova, marketing director of Appodeal, said in a post announcing the program on Facebook.

Recall that Appodeal announced the purchase of Corona in March of this year.

The initiative’s page says that within the framework of the program, developers will be helped at three stages of development:

  • preparing for release;
  • launching into stores;
  • operation.

At the stage of preparation for the launch, developers will be able to gain expertise in monetization and development of freeplay games, their project will be translated and adapted to different markets, the team will also create promotional materials and set up ASO.

At launch, the game will help with global distribution, with the organization of campaigns in social networks, with PR, with promotion in the App Store, will give cross-traffic and users.

When operating, they promise to provide in-game analytics tools, a constant influx of traffic and assistance in working with users.

The program participants will receive all the listed services on the condition that from 30 to 50 percent of the revenue will be withdrawn from them later.

“The percentage depends on how the participants agree with the publishers-partners of the program. We don’t publish ourselves — we negotiate with publishers to help developers on Corona. Plus, for our part, we support marketing and PR as needed,”– in an interview with App2Top.ru Julia noted.
