An official representative of the company confirmed the abbreviations to the publication. However, he did not disclose the exact number of employees that the company is going to lay off.
“Due to the current macroeconomic climate, we decided to restructure the company in order to continue to be effective. Unfortunately, our paths have diverged with some very talented people,” App Annie said in an official statement.
App Annie is one of the first major IT companies to declare their readiness to lay off staff within the framework of the current market situation.
