A legal cryptocurrency market will appear in the Russian MMO

Russian game designer Anton Telitsyn told Kotaku about the plan to raise the Lord Coin cryptocurrency market in the Lordmancer II mobile MMO project, which can be mined in the game and converted into real money.

According to Telitsyn, his idea is based on the experience of “black markets” that arose in parallel with many successful gaming projects. And if, for example, Blizzard struggled with the sale of game gold for real money, then in Lordmancer II, players will receive a legal and transparent space for trading and exchanging game money for real money.

Anton said that the mining algorithm in Lordmancer II is based on the Ethereum blockchain core created by Russian-born Canadian programmer Vitaly Buterin.

Lord Coin is generated and stored by the Ethereum blockchain algorithm, so neither the developer nor anyone else will be able to carry out any cryptocurrency frauds in the game, Telitsyn promised.

Lord Coin will be available to buy starting from August 21 as part of the ICO (initial coin offering) campaign. And they will be integrated into the game itself until the end of 2017.
