Public Offer for Providing Subscription Access to App2Top Premium / Premium

The present text constitutes a public offer of WN Media Group FZ-LLC (hereinafter referred to as Contractor) to provide subscription access to exclusive content (hereinafter referred to as Agreement) for an individual or a corporate entity (hereinafter referred to as Customer) based on the conditions below.
Please read this document carefully before making a purchase.
Interpretation
The words of which the initial letter is capitalized have meanings defined under the following conditions.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:
"App2Top Premium" (App2Top Премиум) – The subscription service available on the  the Russian version of the Website (located at https://wnhub.io/ru/media-pro), providing access to exclusive analytical materials and content about the gaming industry, published twice weekly.
"Premium" – The subscription service available on the English version of the Website (located at https://wnhub.io/media-pro), providing access to exclusive analytical materials and content about the gaming industry, published twice weekly.
"Subscription" – The recurring subscription service that grants the Customer access to exclusive content published on the Platform.
"Access" (Доступ) – The right to view and use exclusive content materials published on the Platform, which the Contractor provides to the Customer upon payment.
"Platform" – The WN Hub online platform, hosted at https://wnhub.io.
"Subscription Period" – A period of 30 days, during which the Customer has active Access to exclusive content.
"Website" refers to:

The Contractor may update the content URLs without altering the scope of the Subscription.
By clicking the "Subscribe" button the Customer shows a full and absolute acceptance of the present offer (hereinafter referred to as - Acceptance). The Agreement shall be deemed to have been made once the Customer clicks the button and once all the actions mentioned above have been accurately performed.
1. Subject of the Agreement
1.1. The Contractor provides the Subscription Access to exclusive content upon receiving the payment from the Customer.
1.2. App2Top Premium provides access to exclusive materials published at https://wnhub.io/ru/news/premium (Russian language content).
1.3. Premium provides access to exclusive materials published at https://wnhub.io/news/premium (English language content).
1.4. The Subscription is activated in the Customer's personal account upon successful payment.
1.5. Exclusive content is published twice weekly (every Wednesday and Friday) and includes:

  • In-depth analysis of gaming industry trends, studios, deals, and monetization models
  • Regular market analytics with charts, graphs, and metrics
  • Original longreads and materials that remain relevant over time

2. Rights and Liabilities of the Parties
2.1. In accordance with the conditions of this Agreement the Contractor agrees to:
2.1.1. Grant Access to exclusive content on the condition that the payment was made.
2.1.2. Publish exclusive content twice weekly (every Wednesday and Friday) on the Platform.
2.1.3. Provide technical support and maintain the functionality of the Customer's personal account.
2.1.4. Automatically renew the Subscription at the end of each Subscription Period unless cancelled by the Customer.
2.2. In accordance with the conditions of this Agreement the Customer agrees to:
2.2.1. Pay the Contractor the amount specified in Section 3 of this Agreement.
2.2.2. Provide accurate registration information including valid email address.
2.2.3. Ensure sufficient funds are available for automatic subscription renewal.
2.3. In accordance with the conditions of this Agreement the Customer has the right to:
2.3.1. Access all published exclusive content during the active Subscription Period.
2.3.2. Use the content for personal or internal corporate purposes (depending on subscription type).
2.3.3. The Customer is not permitted to distribute, resell, publicly share, or reproduce the exclusive content without prior written consent from the Contractor.
2.3.4. For Corporate Subscription plans: share access with up to 10 users within the Customer's organization.
3. Terms of Payment
3.1. App2Top Premium Subscription (Russian version) pricing:
Individual Subscription (payments with Russian cards):

  • 1 Month: 2,000 RUB (VAT not included)
  • 1 Year: 20,000 RUB (1,666.67 RUB per month, VAT not included)

Corporate Subscription for up to 10 users (payments with Russian cards):

  • 1 Month: 5,000 RUB (VAT not included)
  • 1 Year: 55,000 RUB (4,583.33 RUB per month, VAT not included)

Individual Subscription (payments with foreign cards):

  • 1 Month: €20 (VAT not included)
  • 1 Year: €200 (€16.67 per month, VAT not included)

Corporate Subscription for up to 10 users (payments with foreign cards):

  • 1 Month: €50 (VAT not included)
  • 1 Year: €550 (€45.83 per month, VAT not included)

3.2. Premium Subscription (English version) pricing:
Individual Subscription:

  • 1 Month: €20 (VAT not included)
  • 1 Year: €200 (€16.67 per month, VAT not included)

Corporate Subscription for up to 10 users:

  • 1 Month: €50 (VAT not included)
  • 1 Year: €550 (€45.83 per month, VAT not included)

3.3. The VAT will be added to the subscription price based on the Customer's location and may vary depending on the region.
Value Added Tax (VAT) shall be applied in accordance with the tax legislation of the United Arab Emirates. A 5% VAT rate applies to customers located in the UAE unless otherwise provided by applicable law. For customers located outside the UAE, VAT may be charged based on the tax rules of the customer’s jurisdiction.
3.4. One month is always considered equal to 30 days.
3.5. Payment methods for App2Top Premium (Russian version):
3.5.1. Payments with Russian cards (both Individual and Corporate Subscriptions):

  • Bank card (debit or credit)
  • Faster Payment System (SBP - Система быстрых платежей)
  • T-Pay

Payments made with Russian bank cards, including via T-Pay and the Faster Payment System (SBP), are processed through authorized payment agents in accordance with the legislation of the Russian Federation. The Contractor may engage third-party payment providers to process such transactions.
3.5.2. Payments with foreign cards (both Individual and Corporate Subscriptions):

  • Bank card (debit or credit)
  • Link payment service

3.6. Payment methods for Premium (English version):

  • Bank card (debit or credit)
  • Link payment service

3.7. The Subscription automatically renews at the end of each Subscription Period. The same amount (subscription price plus applicable taxes) will be charged to the Customer's payment method at each renewal.
By activating the Subscription, the Customer provides explicit consent to automatic recurring payments. The Customer may disable auto-renewal at any time through their account settings. The Customer will be notified in advance of each upcoming renewal charge, in accordance with applicable consumer protection regulations, including those of the Russian Federation.
3.8. The Customer can make the payment either as an individual (natural person) or on behalf of their company (legal entity).
3.9. Refunds may be issued only before access to exclusive content is provided. After access has been granted, no refunds will be made, including for recurring subscription payments. This rule applies in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation, including provisions for digital content under the laws of the Russian Federation where relevant.


4\. Other Terms and Conditions

4.1. If either Party is prevented from performing any portion of this Agreement by causes beyond its reasonable control (an "Event of Force Majeure"), such Party shall not be liable for non-performance of its obligations hereunder.

4.2. Any dispute, which may arise out of or in connection with the present Agreement shall be resolved mutually and in good faith by the Parties.

4.3. To fill in registration details in the registration form and click the "Subscribe" or "Add to cart" button, the Customer confirms that they give their consent to the processing of personal data by the Contractor, as well as by third parties involved by the Contractor on the basis of relevant agreements for the performance of obligations under the present Agreement.

4.4. To fill in registration details in the registration form and click the "Subscribe" or "Add to cart" button, the Customer agrees to receive exclusive content, informational, advertising, marketing and other messages at the e-mail address specified during registration. The consent to receive such messages can be withdrawn by the Customer at any time by sending the appropriate written notice to the e-mail address: welcome@wn.media.

5. Term and Termination of Agreement
5.1. This Agreement shall be effective upon Acceptance of the present offer by the Customer and shall remain in effect until terminated by either party.
5.2. The Subscription continues on a recurring basis with automatic renewal every 30 days (or 365 days for annual subscriptions) until cancelled by the Customer.
5.3. The Contractor reserves the right to change the conditions of the present Offer and/or withdraw an Offer at any time in Contractor's own discretion. In case of any changes made to the present Offer, the modifications shall become effective from the date of being published on the Website, unless otherwise stated upon publishing.
5.4. Changes to subscription pricing will not affect existing active subscriptions until the next renewal period.
6. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai (or the competent tribunal of the Free Zone in which the Contractor is registered).
7. Additional Legal Protection Sections
7.1. Limitation of Liability. The Contractor’s total liability under this Agreement shall in no event exceed the amount paid by the Customer for the most recent Subscription Period. The Contractor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages.
7.2. Disclaimer of Warranties. Exclusive content and all related services are provided on an ‘as is’ and ‘as available’ basis. The Contractor makes no representations or warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the content or its suitability for any particular purpose.
7.3. Suspension or Termination of Access. The Contractor may suspend or terminate the Customer’s access to the Subscription without refund if the Customer violates the terms of this Agreement, including unauthorized sharing of content, non-payment, or attempts to bypass access restrictions.
7.4. Prohibition of Circumvention. The Customer shall not attempt to bypass, disable, or otherwise interfere with any access control mechanisms of the Platform, including sharing login credentials, using automated tools to extract content, or enabling third parties to access the Subscription.
