Yes, there is a unique floor plan that we prepare for every conference. Once it’s finalized, we’ll share it with you so you can select the location for your booth based on its type. Please note that the order of selection will be determined by the date you confirmed your sponsorship. The sooner you sign up, the more options you will have for choosing your spot.
Yes, every conference attendee will have access to our WN Hub meeting system, an integral part of our communications platform. There you will be able to view a list of registered attendees and companies, filter them based on your specific criteria, schedule meetings, and engage in real-time chats. The meeting system will be available several days prior to the event, and you’ll receive an email invitation to log in.

We will also handle the distribution of conference passes and collect your branding files, ensuring they meet all specifications. On the day of the event, our team will be on hand to provide comprehensive support and address any questions or concerns you may have.
We recommend tailoring your activities to align with your specific goals for the event. If your primary objective is to generate leads, consider creating engaging company merchandise to distribute at your booth in exchange for contact information. On the other hand, if you aim to stand out in the industry or showcase a new product or service, think about transforming your booth into an interactive experience for conference attendees.
