About the author

Oleg Dobroshtan is a professional manager. 
25 years in management.
15 years in marketing.
8 years in training and development of managers and teams. 

Oleg joined the gaming industry in 2006.  
He worked at Astum Entertainment, 101XP, Disney, Buka, Nival Interactive, Noviy Disk.
For many years he was a marketer and head of marketing teams, also worked as a director of training and development of employees and brand director. He has worked in both small startups and large international companies. 

He took part in the launch and promotion of such game projects as Atomic Heart, Warface, Half Life - Episode, Portal, Team Fortress, Call of Duty: World at War, Anno 1404, Warhammer: Dawn of War, F.E.A.R. 2: Project Origin, Company of Heroes. 2: Project Origin, Company of Heroes, Allods Online, Granado Espada, Fifa Online, Rayman, Titan Quest, Supreme Commander etc.
