Affiliate Manager (LatAm / Saudi Arabia / Vietnam) — Middle

A fintech company specializing in brokerage services and the development of innovative financial products for clients worldwide. Our flagship product is a proprietary trading platform, which is also offered to other brokers as a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) solution.

Responsibilities

  • Search for, attract, and onboard new affiliate partners under the Revenue Share and CPA models across LATAM, Vietnam, or the MENA region.
  • Conduct daily affiliate outreach and prospecting activities.
  • Process incoming leads on a daily basis.
  • Build, maintain, and grow long-term relationships with existing affiliate partners.
  • Coordinate affiliate payout processes.
  • Monitor affiliate activity to identify and prevent fraudulent behavior.
  • Respond to affiliate inquiries and provide timely support.
  • Initiate and drive new projects aimed at improving and expanding the affiliate program.
  • Participate in internal and international events, including meetups, conferences, and business trips (both online and offline).
  • Collect affiliate feedback and share valuable insights with the Team Lead.
  • Prepare and analyze reports, demonstrating strong analytical skills.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in telemarketing, client communications, or a customer-facing role (experience in affiliate marketing is a plus).
  • Fluency in English, as well as Spanish or Portuguese, depending on the target market.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and sales skills.
  • Experience in the Forex industry or other financial verticals is a strong advantage.
  • Ability to identify, approach, and build strong relationships with local affiliates, affiliate networks, and agencies.
  • An existing network of trusted affiliates or partners in LATAM, Vietnam, or the MENA region is considered a significant advantage.
