About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Head of Sales to own and scale the entire Lead-to-FTD conversion process across multiple international markets.
This is a highly impactful leadership role responsible for transforming incoming leads into first-time depositing clients through the effective management and optimization of sales operations, call centers, CRM processes, and conversion funnels.
The successful candidate will work closely with Marketing, Payments, Retention, and Product teams to drive growth, improve conversion rates, and maximize customer acquisition efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Own and optimize the end-to-end Lead → FTD conversion funnel across all acquisition channels.
- Take full responsibility for:
- FTD volume;
- conversion rates;
- customer acquisition efficiency (CAC);
- sales team productivity.
- Build, manage, and continuously improve the first-line sales funnel.
- Lead and optimize internal and outsourced call center operations.
- Monitor and improve operational performance, service quality, SLA compliance, and capacity planning.
- Manage CRM sales pipelines, lead routing, automation, and workflow processes.
- Ensure seamless handoff of clients from Sales to Retention and Account Management teams.
- Track and improve key metrics, including:
- Speed-to-Lead;
- Contact Rate;
- Lead-to-FTD Conversion;
- Cost per FTD;
- Overall sales conversion performance.
- Collaborate closely with Marketing, Payments, Product, and Retention teams.
- Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales organization driven by accountability and results.
- Establish scalable processes, reporting structures, and performance management frameworks.
Requirements
- 5+ years of leadership experience in sales within:
- CFD / Forex;
- FinTech;
- iGaming;
- or other fast-paced, high-volume B2C industries.
- Proven experience managing internal and/or outsourced call centers.
- Strong understanding of sales funnels, conversion mechanics, and customer acquisition processes.
- Excellent analytical skills with experience working with KPIs, dashboards, and cohort analysis.
- Hands-on experience with call center technology stacks, including:
- telephony systems;
- autodialers;
- AI-based quality monitoring tools;
- CRM platforms.
- Strong knowledge of call center operational metrics and performance management.
- English proficiency at B2+ level or higher.
- Spanish language skills are considered a strong advantage.
