Media Buyer (DSP & Native Networks)

About the Company

An international fintech project in the Trading / Crypto / Forex space, actively scaling performance marketing across global markets. We are looking for a Media Buyer with strong expertise in DSP and Native traffic who can build and scale profitable funnels.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Launching and managing campaigns on:
    • Taboola
    • Outbrain
    • DSP platforms (DV360, The Trade Desk, Xandr, Adform, etc.)

Funnel Development

  • Building full web funnels (advertorial → landing page → FTD / lead)
  • Developing and optimizing native advertising funnels

Performance Optimization (KPIs)

  • CPL / CPA optimization
  • FTD optimization
  • ROAS improvement
  • LTV-driven performance scaling

Traffic Optimization

  • Working with white/blacklists of placements
  • Optimization by placement, publisher, device, and GEO
  • Scaling profitable campaigns and winning combinations

Testing & Experimentation

  • A/B testing of:
    • Headlines
    • Images
    • Advertorials
    • Landing pages

Tracking & Analytics

  • Traffic quality control and fraud prevention
  • Working with tracking systems (Keitaro, Voluum, etc.)
  • Preparing reports and performance analysis

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Media Buyer
  • Mandatory experience with:
    • Taboola
    • Outbrain
  • Experience with DSP platforms
  • Proven background in Fintech / Trading / Crypto / Forex niches
  • Strong understanding of native funnels and advertorial approaches
  • Experience optimizing for FTD / CPA / ROAS
  • Proven ability to scale campaigns
  • Strong understanding of unit economics
  • Ability to work with large datasets and traffic volumes
  • Languages:
    • UA / RU — fluent
    • EN — working level

Would Be an Advantage

  • Experience working with LATAM traffic
  • Experience launching crypto offers under compliance restrictions
  • Own successful case studies with performance metrics
  • Experience building pre-landing / quiz funnels
  • Understanding of anti-ban strategies in native advertising
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase / Power BI)
  • Experience working with creative and production teams
