Google Ads Media Buyer

About the Company

An international fintech project in the Trading / Crypto / Forex space, actively scaling performance marketing across global markets. We are looking for an experienced Google Ads Media Buyer who will strengthen the UA function and scale advertising campaigns with a strong focus on performance metrics.


Key Responsibilities

Campaign Management

  • Launching and managing advertising campaigns in Google Ads:
    • Search
    • Performance Max (PMax)
    • UAC (App campaigns)
    • YouTube (In-stream / In-feed)
    • Display / Discovery

Campaign Optimization (KPIs)

  • FTD cost optimization
  • CPL / CPA optimization
  • ROAS improvement
  • LTV-driven performance optimization

Account & Funnel Management

  • Building account structure and acquisition funnels
  • Working with keyword semantics, negative keywords, and audience segmentation
  • Scaling profitable campaigns and winning combinations
  • Hypothesis testing (creatives, offers, landing pages, audiences)

Analytics & Reporting

  • Data analysis and performance reporting
  • Working with tracking and analytics tools (GA4, AppsFlyer / Adjust, etc.)
  • Fraud and traffic quality monitoring

Cross-functional Collaboration

  • Close cooperation with:
    • Creative team
    • Analytics team
    • Product team

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience as a Google Ads Media Buyer
  • Proven experience in Fintech / Trading / Crypto / Forex niches
  • Experience optimizing campaigns for FTD / ROAS / CPA
  • Experience working with large advertising budgets
  • Strong understanding of performance metrics and unit economics
  • A/B testing experience
  • Experience with tracking systems (AppsFlyer, Adjust, etc.)
  • Understanding of attribution models and Web2App funnels
  • Languages:
    • UA / RU — fluent
    • EN — working level (briefs, communication, creative localization)

Would Be an Advantage

  • Experience scaling campaigns in LATAM markets
  • Experience with crypto offers and Google compliance restrictions
  • Experience building YouTube funnels for fintech products
  • Experience working with agencies and arbitrage teams
  • Understanding of anti-ban strategies
  • Experience with BI tools (Metabase / Power BI)
