We are looking for an AI Engineer who can work across the full lifecycle of AI systems — from design and development to deployment and scaling. Depending on experience level, you may operate as a Middle Engineer (strong hands-on contributor with ownership of features) or as a Senior Engineer (technical leader shaping architecture and AI strategy).
You will work on production-grade AI systems, contribute to architecture decisions, and collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business teams to integrate AI into real-world products.
Key Responsibilities
Core Responsibilities (Middle → Senior)
- Own development and maintenance of AI features from idea to production
- Design, build, and deploy scalable AI/ML systems
- Work with at least two AI domains (NLP, Computer Vision, Audio/Video, LLMs)
- Build and maintain ML pipelines and production models
- Ensure model performance, monitoring, and reliability in production
- Apply and improve prompt engineering techniques (LLMs, AI assistants, agents)
- Participate in architecture discussions and technical decision-making
Senior-Level Responsibilities
- Define AI system architecture and long-term technical strategy
- Lead design of scalable, high-performance AI platforms
- Introduce new AI technologies (GenAI, multimodal models, agentic systems)
- Align AI initiatives with product and business goals
- Make high-impact technical decisions across multiple projects
- Ensure engineering and ML best practices across teams
- Mentor Middle and Junior AI Engineers
Middle-Level Responsibilities
- Take end-to-end ownership of AI features
- Contribute to technical design and implementation decisions
- Support production deployment and maintenance of ML models
- Review code and collaborate with senior engineers on architecture
- Help other teams adopt AI tools and workflows

Must-Have Requirements
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Science, AI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
Experience
- Middle: 2–4 years of AI/ML engineering experience
- Senior: 5+ years of commercial AI/ML experience, including leadership or tech lead responsibilities
Technical Skills
- Strong Python and production-level engineering experience
- Solid understanding of ML algorithms and their applications
- Experience deploying and maintaining ML models in production
- Proficiency in at least two frameworks: TensorFlow / PyTorch / scikit-learn
- Experience with at least two AI domains: NLP, CV, Audio/Video, LLMs
- Advanced prompt engineering and experience with LLM-based systems (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.)
- Experience building or working with ML pipelines and MLOps practices
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS / GCP / Azure)
Soft Skills
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to different stakeholders
- Strong collaboration skills in cross-functional teams
- English proficiency for global communication (spoken and written)
