Job Description
We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented UI/UX designer who is passionate about creating elegant and intuitive digital interfaces. In this role, you will translate complex product requirements into understandable user flows, wireframes, and prototypes that enhance usability and user satisfaction. You will play a key role in creating and evolving our design system, ensuring consistency across products and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to bring design to life. What you'll do
- Develop intuitive user flows and wireframes for complex products, ensuring clear and easy navigation.
- Create interactive prototypes using Figma (or other design tools) to effectively communicate ideas and conduct usability testing. Maintain, develop, and refine the company's design system and component libraries to ensure consistency and scalability.
- Work closely with product managers, developers, marketers, and other teams to ensure high-quality and consistent design execution.
- Contribute to the development and scaling of the brand's visual identity as the company grows.
- Required Skills and Competencies
- A strong foundation in product design and user experience principles, with a keen eye for usability and aesthetics.
- Proficiency in user interface design, supported by practical experience and a strong sense of visual design.
- Strong command of data-driven design, including identifying pain points, building user flows, and structuring solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma (or similar tools), the ability to create interactive prototypes, and collaborate effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to clearly present and explain design solutions to stakeholders.
- A portfolio demonstrating your design capabilities, thought process, and contributions to real-world projects.
- Proactive, responsible approach – you don't wait for instructions and care deeply about the user experience.
Who should apply
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), computer science, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in UI/UX design, ideally working with digital products or platforms.
- Proficiency in Figma (or tools like Sketch or Adobe XD) for creating wireframes and prototypes
- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices
- Experience or familiarity with data-driven design, including interpreting analytics to generate user scenarios
- A portfolio showcasing real-world design solutions, your workflow, and team collaboration
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 level or higher)
- No business travel restrictions
