Leveling Up In-Game Events:
LiveOps That Drive Real Business Impact
We’ll show you how to re-engage players and gently grow their in-game spending
In today’s F2P landscape, event-saturated games are the norm. But new events burn out faster, and just adding more of them no longer guarantees better metrics.
Standing out now requires more than just volume. Success depends on high-quality visual and UX design, smart and balanced integration into the game economy, and a solid pipeline for analytics and event scheduling.
Our program is a practical, hands-on masterclass built to deliver real, visible impact fast

This program is built for:
Game Designers
They’re responsible for event ideas and mechanics, but often struggle with declining engagement and unpredictable results.
Our system gives them a structured approach to event design: accounting for genre specifics, player motivation, and business goals right from the concept phase.
LiveOps Specialists
When calendars are overloaded and every launch feels chaotic, efficiency drops. Our program equips your team with clear planning tools, templates, and escalation protocols, reducing stress and making launches more predictable.
Analysts
They’re often asked to evaluate event performance after the fact, without shared success criteria. We help them define relevant metrics early, set up actionable analytics, and communicate insights that guide real improvements.
Producers & Project Managers
If your teams are shipping event after event with little business impact, this leads to fatigue without results. Our training introduces a clear framework for prioritizing events, setting meaningful goals, and measuring true success, so effort translates into outcomes.
The Program Includes 3 Core Modules
2 sessions × 1.5 hours
We’ll cover the key design principles for high-performing events in your specific genre. Participants will explore examples of both successful and underwhelming events in their market segment.
They’ll receive a practical guideline for designing events that match player motivation, genre specifics, and business goals.
In the hands-on part, each participant will develop a concept for a new event tailored to their game, using the provided framework, and present it for expert feedback and improvement suggestions.
2 sessions × 1.5 hours
We’ll walk through the core principles behind event balancing: how to personalize event difficulty and integrate rewards into your game’s economy without breaking it.
Participants receive a clear balancing guide customized to their game type and player profiles.
In practice, they’ll build working balance models and simulators for the event concepts created in Module 1, with feedback from both peers and the instructor.
2 sessions × 1.5 hours
We’ll analyze the best practices in event operations and scheduling, from top-performing games in your genre. Participants get a ready-to-use checklist and analytics guideline, including alert systems and action protocols for responding to event performance in real time.
In the practical segment, participants will build a full event schedule for their game, run simulations on event performance outcomes, and draft a backlog of improvements based on modeled results.
How the Training Works
🧩 Each module includes two sessions: one focused on theory, the other on hands-on practice.
🧩 After the theory session, your team receives a detailed implementation guide tailored to real-world workflows.
🧩 During the practical session, participants create and present an event concept designed specifically for your game.
🧩 The instructor provides ongoing, actionable feedback, helping the team refine ideas and avoid common mistakes.
This program is fully focused on your game and your goals, not generic cases.
